Comparing to previous high street bank accounts that I have had with, the Co-Op Bank is a top in my list and I am currently with them. There is literally no queues here unlike Santander and every request I have made has been dealt with promptly. I've only had a single issue during the application process as I had send my identification copies through their internal mail as it got lost by Royal Mail. Their online systems has improved a lot and they've finally caught up with major banks by adding Apple Pay. The benefits the Co-Op provide as well including the bonus for joining and everyday rewards shows how Co-Op value it's members.
Your address at the top of this window and also several times on Google search is wrong! Doesn't give a very good impression of attention to detail and accuracy! from Mrs Wobbly

I love this branch! The staff here are really helpful and kind also they take a lot of pride in there work. This branch is great for anxiety sufferers like myself as it is a small location with a small amount of staff.
However I would not rate the Nationwide experience as a whole at 5 stars, I would like to say that Vinnie from this particular branch was most helpful in resolving issues with opening a new account. Very kind and friendly individual. Thank you. Monika

I visited Nationwide on Chiswick High Road today in order to set up internet banking and Sharon very kindly went through the procedure and set everything up for me. An absolutely outstanding service from Sharon, she was extremely polite and highly professional and I now have internet banking. First Class Service!! 10 out of 10.
I was given 5* service today by the branch manager Alistair. He went above and beyond to assist me, and gave outstanding customer service. It makes a pleasant change to be made to feel welcome by my local branch and I am far more likely to use more of the bank's products and services because of this experience.
